Return Policy
We re dedicated at Everest Enterprises to offering you the best quality in our
products and our service. We know that mistakes are sometimes made though, and
we are here to help remedy those problems.
Notwithstanding the above, or any other provision, we are under no obligation to
accept any returns or provide any replacements. We have sole discretion in
deciding whether or not to accept returns.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item
you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email
within 15 days of your receipt of the product. When you reach us, we will give you
instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as
possible. It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you
have spoken with one of our representatives merchandise without a RETURN FORM
will not be accepted, and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
In the case of flaws to an item such as a large DVD Collection, which cannot be
entirely viewed within the specified 15-day window, some flexibility may be
given solely at Everest Enterprises discretion.
In many cases, we shall refund the customer their
first class mail shipping cost on an item correctly returned to us, may be
given solely at Everest Enterprise discretion.
However, that refunded shipping cost will always be ONLY for the cost of USPS first class
mail shipping, regardless of whether it was sent some other way by the customer.
Here are some helpful guidelines on Returns:
Always email us first if you have a problem.
Always be sure to report your problem within 15 days or receiving the item
in question.
Never send a returned item without a duly filled Return Form.
Always report any and all problems associated with a single order at the
same time.
Always return your item(s) using UPS or Fed-EX.
30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY- Any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged or sized may be returned for exchange or for a store credit within 30 days. We do not give refunds or issue charge card credits. Watches for exchange must be returned in original, new condition along with the gift box, warranty, tags, and a copy of the sales invoice. Customer must pay all shipping charges on exchanges.
MISCELLANEOUS
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit
card number to order any product. If you are found to be willfully entering a
fictitious or erroneous order then you shall be prosecuted. You should be aware
that each electronic entry carries the computer coding of the internet provider
through which the individual user can be traced.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Though we ship most our products internationally, Everest Enterprises has instituted
a policy for the security and safety of all our international customers. In
order to verify the billing information, including address, payment method,
etc., all international customers must fax us a copy of the front and back of
their credit card, as well as a copy of their credit card statement. This should
clearly show their billing address, which should match the address their items
are being shipped to. Everest Enterprises will keep this information on file for our
customers protection, so that no items can be billed to the customers card
without their knowledge. Please direct all faxes to 410-213-7886.
Though we ship most our products internationally, not all products are available
in all countries, and shipping rates to those countries will vary. Please check
the final receipt to verify your shipping charges before you approve your order.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by
their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where
they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to
pay shipping charges for the reshipment.
Back Order
When this happens, your order will be processed as usual, with your credit or
bankcard charged for the full amount of your order. You will then immediately be
sent all items you have ordered that are in stock at that time. All remaining
items you have ordered which are Out of Stock are placed for you on Back Order.
Once the back order is ready to be shipped, Everest Enterprises will send this by regular
USPS mail even in the event of a customer having chosen any other shipping
method, since the first shipment will be sent as per the customers chosen
method of shipping. Please note that orders are charged only once which is at the
time of placing an order. We do not charge again when the back order is being
sent. Items not being shipped due to unavailability or any other reason, they
have already been billed and no additional charge will be made again.
15 to 20 days
We will then make every effort to acquire those items for you and send them out
via USPS (at no additional cost to you) to fulfill your order within 15 to 20
days. If we are unable to do so, you credit or bankcard will be issued an
immediate credit for the amount of your order we were unable to fulfill.
Unless other arrangements have been made between the customer and Everest Enterprises Sales Associates
Order Status and Details
We will always tell you as soon as your order is processed if anything is being
placed on Back Order. You will be sent an email from our Customer Service team
informing you of these actions each step of the way, so you will always know
your orders status. You will never need to contact Customer Service; they will
always keep you informed.

No additional cost
We have adopted this policy to better serve you, our customers, as we want to
make your order process as easy as possible as well as bring you every item
you have ordered in a reasonable amount of time at no additional cost. Please
note: All normal State and Federal taxes, duties, and tariffs apply to shipment
of Back Ordered items and are the responsibility of the consumer. Everest Enterprises
reserves the right to amend or cancel this offer at any time.
